About the ADR HD-Eraser IT hard disk erasing system from ADR:
From now on you can easily and in a short time delete your SATA / IDE hard drives.All IT Series can be used as an erasing system or duplicator.
With the ADR hard disk copier you are able to make 3 identical copies of your master hard disk.
Operation:
First of all, insert the master hard disk into the first slot.Insert the hard disk to be written into the other slots and press "Copy".
Thanks to the reliable HotSwop caddies, the data media can be changed quickly.
After a short time you can then remove your duplicated storage media.
Speed:
In one minute you have copied about 5GB thanks to the high data transfer rate of about 90MB per second.There are different copy modes like "Only Data", "All Partition" and "Whole HD".
There is also a delete function (DoD) to completely erase written hard disks without damaging them.
| DoD Erase function: With this erase function, according to the guidelines of the U.S. Department of Defense,you can easily and securely delete your hard drives. The hard disk is completely overwritten several times to ensure, that no data can be reconstructed. Bios can be easily updated via a front USB port. Log Report:
This latest generation hard disk copier is already equipped with a log report system.All information such as copy progress, copy speed, hard drive capacity, model, hard drive serial number and much more is recorded.
This means that you can check the copying process afterwards to see if there are any irregularities.
The internal documentation of the process or also the reporting are 2 possible application situations.
For IDE hard drives, the optional adapters must be purchased separately.
