With several different colour ink cartridges it's possible to lower print costs while producing top quality CD, DVD and Blu-ray labels.
Photorealistc CD / DVD label print
The Excelsior II disc printer offers breath-takingly photorealistic label print quality thanks to patented HP technology. Uitilizing HP's improved PhotoREt III technology, the Excelsior III achieves a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi. With the corresponding original HP ink cartridges, the Excelsior III delivers stunning lifelike colours and ultrasharp text printouts. An intuitive disc label creation software is already included.
Fast & Efficient
The impressive print quality of the Excelsior II disc printer was only possible to achieve through the intuitive design of the printer tray which places the discs at the exact same position every time to avoid even the slightest deviations. The new design of the Excelsior III disc printer even improved upon the already impressive print speed.
Low Cost-per-disc
By using single colour ink cartridges, print costs are lowered drastically since now only the actually fully depleted colours need to be replaced. This way not a single drop of ink is wasted. With the improved capacity of the cartridges up to 1500 discs can be printed in a single unsupervised run using an optional ADR Autoloader system. The Excelsior III disc printer was designed for professional users to produce higher volumes of disc label prints at a comparatively low cost. The Excelsior III can easily be integrated into an ADR Autoloader system in order to automate the print runs.
